Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees follow TABINA Co., Ltd.'s cancellation policy.
- The cancellation fee is calculated by multiplying the total reservation amount by the percentage corresponding to the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation Fees:
- 4 days prior: 0%
- 3 to 2 days prior: 10%
- Day before: 50%
- Day of: 100%
- Even if only a portion of the number of people is cancelled, the calculation is based on the total reservation amount.
Important notes
- Reservations cannot be changed after booking. (If there are special circumstances such as injury or poor health (train delays, inability to find parking, or getting lost are not covered), please consult via the inquiry form.)
- The course may be changed on the day due to abnormal tides, strong winds, etc.
- If your accompanying party is incomplete or we cannot confirm your reservation details at the time of boarding, the next person in line will board. Please note that boarding is not possible after the scheduled departure time.
- We may operate in light rain, so please check the operating status in advance. In the event of rain or light rain during operation, we will provide complimentary disposable raincoats free of charge.
- There may be temperature differences between the waterfront and your usual living environment, so please prepare accordingly with cold and heat protection measures in advance.
- The vessel is completely non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
- You are permitted to bring food and beverages onto the vessel. However, to ensure that other customers can use the vessel safely and comfortably, we may refuse boarding to those who are excessively intoxicated or engage in loud conversations. Additionally, the captain, crew, or reception staff may give warnings or temporarily hold your food and beverages at their discretion.
- As the vessel operates on a shared basis, we request that you refrain from bringing pets on board.
- Customers using wheelchairs may also board the vessel. However, there is a step at the boarding entrance, so you will need to exit the wheelchair once and walk. If an assistant accompanies you, you can use the vessel with confidence. Please note that due to the step, we recommend refraining from using heavy wheelchairs such as electric wheelchairs.
- Please note that photography and video recording by media may be conducted without notice.
- On the vessel, please follow the instructions and notices from the captain and crew.
