Staff will be stationed at the pier 30 minutes prior to departure. Check-in will be conducted in front of the pier.

Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please reply to the reservation confirmation email you receive after booking.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation up to 11 days prior: 0% (full refund)
- Cancellation up to 8 days prior: 20%
- Cancellation up to 2 days prior: 30%
- Cancellation the day before: 40%
- Cancellation up to the reservation time on the day: 50%
- Cancellation after the reservation time on the day: 100% (no refund)
Important Notes
- Minors (ages 3 and above) may also participate. Please apply for the number of participants (one per person).
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Beer is provided as a benefit for passengers, but a flat rate is charged to all participants (including children).
- Alcoholic beverages will only be provided to those of legal drinking age, so age verification will be conducted. Please note this in advance.
- Check-in will be conducted from 15 minutes to 5 minutes before departure. (If check-in is not completed by 5 minutes prior, it will be treated as a cancellation.)
- Operations may be suspended due to weather or route conditions.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats are unreserved.
- After boarding, please follow the captain's instructions for safety.
- If a customer appears to be severely intoxicated or in obvious poor health at the time of boarding, we may refuse boarding.
- Due to the vessel's facilities, strollers cannot be loaded and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
- Passengers with a body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius or higher at the time of boarding cannot board.
- You may bring food and beverages, but please take all trash with you when you leave. (Please refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages.)
- Please be careful not to drop hats or personal belongings.

- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes)
- Feeding animals or throwing trash from the vessel
- Fishing
- Use of umbrellas (including parasols) on board
- Boarding with pets
- Any other conduct that may cause inconvenience to other customers
Waters Takeshiba Event Common Notices
- Participation tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply as soon as possible.
- As this is an outdoor event, operations may be cancelled or content may be changed due to sudden rainfall or other conditions at the venue.
- Photos and videos of the event may be taken and used for promotional purposes, etc.
- As this is a limited-capacity event, please be sure to contact us if you cancel or are unable to attend on the day.
