◆ Cancellation Fees ◆

1. From the reservation date up to 7 days prior to the boarding date: ¥200 per person
2. From 6 days to 2 days prior to the boarding date: 10% per person
3. From the day before the boarding date until before departure on the day of boarding: 30% per person
4. After departure on the day of boarding: 100% per person

◇ Changes to the boarding date or meal contents are allowed free of charge once only if made up to 3 days in advance. Please note that from the second change onward, the above cancellation fees will apply.

• Reservations are required for all plans; however, same-day reservations may be accepted if seats are available. For details, please contact us by phone (TEL: 03-3798-8101, 10:00–17:30 daily).
• Reservations are accepted from two months in advance.

◆ Conditions for Cancellation or Route Changes ◆

1. When weather or sea conditions may pose a risk to safe navigation
2. In the event of natural disasters, human-related incidents, maritime accidents, vessel malfunction, or other unavoidable circumstances
3. If a passenger becomes ill
4. If required by orders or requests from government or public authorities
5. When emergency evacuation of the vessel makes docking or departure unsafe
