As the vessel operates within the storm surge barrier, the waves are calm and there is no worry of seasickness. With EV ship operations that produce no engine noise, you can experience the sound of water being cut and observe aquatic life. Please enjoy this approximately 10-minute special experience.
Garden admission fees are not included in the cruise boarding fee. If boarding from the Waters Takeshiba pier, please pay the admission fee separately. (Cash payment only: General ¥300 / Age 65 and over ¥150)
If you are exempt from the admission fee or already have admission ticket equivalent documentation, no admission fee payment is necessary. Please inform the staff at reception or present your ticket.

- If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please reply to the reservation confirmation email you receive after booking.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation up to 11 days prior: 0% (full refund)
- Cancellation up to 8 days prior: 20%
- Cancellation up to 2 days prior: 30%
- Cancellation the day before: 40%
- Cancellation up to the reservation time on the day: 50%
- Cancellation after the reservation time on the day: 100% (no refund)
- ※No cancellation fee will be charged if operations are suspended due to severe weather.

- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats are unreserved.

- Life jackets must be worn on the pier and during boarding.
- If a customer appears to be severely intoxicated or in obvious poor health at the time of boarding, we may refuse boarding.
- Due to the vessel's facilities, strollers cannot be loaded and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
- There is a height difference of approximately 50 cm at the boarding and disembarking point at Hamarikyu Imperial Garden Pier. Please note this in advance when making your reservation.
- Passengers with a body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius or higher at the time of boarding cannot board.
- You may bring food and beverages, but please take all trash with you when you leave. (Please refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages.)
- Please be careful not to drop hats or personal belongings.
