Cancellation 2+ days prior: 30%
Cancellation the day before: 40%
Cancellation on the day, before the reserved time: 50%
Cancellation on the day, after the reserved time: 100% (no refund)
Important Notes
- Check-in opens 30 minutes before departure and closes 10 minutes before departure. (If check-in is not completed by 5 minutes before departure, your booking will be treated as a cancellation.)
- Services may be suspended due to weather or route conditions.
- The cruise between Shibaura and Odaiba will operate even in rainy weather.
Please bring appropriate rain gear, such as a raincoat, as umbrellas are not permitted on board for safety reasons.
- Seating is unreserved and allocated on a first-come, first-served boarding basis.
- Due to the vessel's facilities, pets, strollers and guests using wheelchairs are unable to be accommodated on board.
- Please take care to secure your hat and personal belongings to prevent them from falling overboard.
- Please note that stickers are available in limited quantities and distribution will end once all supplies have been exhausted.
