A special spring cruise departing and returning from Waters Takeshiba. We offer you a luxurious moment to view some of Tokyo's finest cherry blossom spots from the water. This year, we have prepared two types of courses: an urban and vibrant course heading toward the Meguro River, and a scenic course heading upstream on the Sumida River to Monzen-Nakacho. On either course, you can enjoy cherry blossoms and cityscapes from a perspective unique to the water, and experience a distinctly different Tokyo spring compared to the land-based view.

RESERVATIONS
Both courses are available for private charter. If you are interested, please contact us by email to "support@horai.sv". If you wish to charter, please list your preferred departure time up to your third choice and let us know as candidate dates. Private charter reservations are accepted until noon three days before your desired date of use. Additionally, we will respond to email inquiries during business hours from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
Both courses are available for private charter. To inquire, please email support@horai.sv. When requesting a private charter, please list up to three preferred departures in order of priority. Charter reservations are accepted until noon, 3 days before the cruise date. Email replies are handled on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding weekends and holidays).

MEETING PLACE

〒105-0022 1-10-30 Kaigan, Minato Ward, Tokyo Boarding check-in will be conducted from 30 minutes to 15 minutes before departure. If you do not arrive at the meeting point by 15 minutes before departure, you may not be able to board, so please note this in advance.

Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel, please contact support@horai.sv by replying to your reservation confirmation email.
Shared Departure:
・Up to 7 days before your date of use: No cancellation fee
・6 days to 1 day before your date of use: 50% of the fee
・On the day or no-show cancellation: 100% of the fee
Private Charter:
・Up to 14 days before your date of use: No cancellation fee
・13 days to 7 days before your date of use: 50% of the fee
・6 days before to the day of use or no-show cancellation: 100% of the fee
Operating conditions
- We will proceed in light rain, but will cancel in severe weather. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, we will notify you by email by noon the day before the scheduled date and process the cancellation (no cancellation fee will be charged).
- If the minimum number of participants (4 people) is not met, the cruise may be cancelled. In that case, we will notify you by email by noon the day before the scheduled date and process the cancellation (no cancellation fee will be charged).
Important notes
- Customers who are excessively intoxicated or may cause inconvenience to other customers may be refused at check-in.
- Atre Takeshiba store gift certificates are valid until April 30, 2026. The participating stores number 14. ※ Please check the Atre Takeshiba store website for details. Information will be posted on 3/20.
- If rain is expected, please bring rain gear (raincoat, etc.) with you. Please note that the use of umbrellas is prohibited for safety reasons.
- On the Meguro River course, life jackets are mandatory during boarding for safety purposes.
- The reservation deadline is until reception begins.
- Check-in will begin in front of the pier 30 minutes before departure. Please allow plenty of time to arrive.
- Arrival times may vary depending on weather and other conditions.
- There is no restroom on board. Please use the restroom inside Waters Takeshiba.
- Minor customers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats are unreserved.
- After boarding, please follow the captain's instructions for safety.
- If a customer appears to be severely intoxicated or in obvious poor health at the time of boarding, we may refuse boarding.
- Due to the vessel's facilities, strollers cannot be loaded and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
- You may bring food and beverages, but please take all trash with you when you leave. (Alcohol beverages may be brought on board.)
- Please be careful not to drop hats or personal belongings.
