Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are calculated by multiplying the total booking amount by the applicable percentage based on the date of cancellation: 8+ days prior: 0%, 7–2 days prior: 10%, the day before: 50%, on the day: 100%. No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation due to severe weather.

- Boarding begins 5 minutes before departure in order of reservation.

- Due to capacity, seating may not be guaranteed for all guests. We kindly ask that customers traveling with young children have them sit on their laps where possible.
- Please note that we are unable to wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
- Temperatures on the water can differ significantly from those on land. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions as needed.
- In the event of cancellation due to rain, poor river conditions, mechanical failure, or similar circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- Course changes may be made on the day of departure due to abnormal tidal conditions, strong winds, or other factors.
