IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the set ticket price (¥4,400):
- 7–4 days prior: 30% (¥1,320)
- 3–2 days prior: 50% (¥2,200)
- The day before departure: 80% (¥3,520)
- Day of departure: 100% (¥4,400) ※ Partial cancellations of either the "Sora Fes" or "Sora-Fune" portion of the set ticket are not available.
Important Notes
- Please complete check-in at the "Sora Fes Paid Area Entrance" on the 1st floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town at least 10 minutes before the bus departure time. Please present your ticket purchase screen at check-in, at which point you will receive a numbered ticket based on your purchase order. ※ Boarding will be arranged in order of ticket purchase.
- If you have not arrived at the "Sora Fes Paid Area Entrance" on the 1st floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town at least 10 minutes before bus departure without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. No refund will be issued for same-day cancellations.
- The bus will depart at the scheduled time. No changes or refunds will be made in the event of late arrival.
- Dining on board is not permitted. You may bring water in a plastic bottle for hydration. ※ A can of Ginga Kogen Beer will be presented upon boarding the bus; however, please note that alcohol consumption on board the vessel is strictly prohibited.
- Strollers are not permitted on board and will be stored at the boarding area. If you wish to board in a wheelchair, please consult us in advance.
- The cruise will proceed in light rain of approximately 2–3mm (disposable rain ponchos will be provided).
- In the event of cancellation due to rain, notice will be given by 18:00 the previous day via email and on the official "Sora Fes 2025 @ Tokyo Tower" website. ※ Please note that cancellations may also occur on the day itself due to sudden changes in weather conditions. ※ In the event of rain cancellation, a partial refund equivalent to the Sora-Fune fare (¥3,500) will be issued at a later date.
