Tokyo Bay Fountain Cruise

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us by replying to the booking confirmation email.
If you cancel for personal reasons after your booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• From the booking date to 31 days before: Free of charge
• 30 to 8 days before: 20%
• 7 to 3 days before: 30%
• 2 days before to the day before: 50%
• Day of departure: 100%

Operating schedule

• This cruise operates in line with the performance times of the Odaiba Aqua Symphony (fountain show). If the performance times change after you have booked, the departure time of the cruise will also change.
• When a change in departure time is confirmed, we will contact you promptly once it is known. Please reply by Thursday to let us know whether you accept boarding at the changed time or wish to cancel.

  (Note: If cancellations due to this change cause the number of passengers to fall below the minimum number required, the cruise may be cancelled.)

• You can check the fountain performance schedule here.
• If the fountain performance time is changed or the show is cancelled without prior notice, we will refund JPY 2,000 to each guest who boards the cruise.

Cancellation of the cruise

• The cruise will be cancelled in the event of severe weather. The decision will be made by the evening of the previous day, and we will notify you at the email address registered at the time of booking.
• The cruise may also be cancelled if the minimum number of passengers is not met. If so, we will notify you by the day before.

Rainwear and clothing

• The cruise operates in rainy weather in principle. Umbrellas cannot be used as they may interfere with safe navigation. Please bring rainwear other than an umbrella, such as a raincoat.
• It feels colder on the water than on land. Please dress warmly. We do not lend cold-weather gear.

Bringing items on board

• Pets and large luggage cannot be brought on board.
• Please refrain from bringing food and drinks on board.

Passengers with strollers or wheelchairs

• Please fold strollers before boarding.
• We do not provide boarding or disembarking assistance for passengers with strollers or wheelchairs.
• Wheelchair users must leave their wheelchair when boarding and disembarking. Please board with a companion who can assist you. For safety, please sit in a seat on board after boarding.
• Please contact us once before making your booking.
• Strollers and wheelchairs cannot be used on the 2nd-floor deck.
