Cancellation Policy
To make changes or cancel your reservation, please reply to the booking confirmation email you receive after completing your reservation.
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellation 11+ days prior: 0% (full refund)
- Cancellation 8+ days prior: 20%
- Cancellation 2+ days prior: 30%
- Cancellation the day before: 40%
- Cancellation on the day, before the reserved time: 50%
- Cancellation on the day, after the reserved time: 100% (no refund)
Important Notes
- Check-in opens 30 minutes before departure and closes 5 minutes before departure. Please note that boarding will not be possible once departure preparations have begun.
- Arrival times may be delayed due to weather conditions.
- Pets are not permitted on board.
- You may be asked to fold your stroller before boarding.
- Children of elementary school age and under must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
- Guests using wheelchairs are requested to contact us in advance via the inquiry form at the bottom of this page before making a reservation, as we will need to confirm the availability of wheelchair-accessible space on board.
- If you have not checked in by the check-in deadline, your booking will be treated as a cancellation. Please note that no refund will be issued in such cases.
- Services may be cancelled due to severe weather or operational reasons on our part. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
