To make changes or cancel your reservation, please reply to the booking confirmation email you receive after completing your reservation.
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellation 11+ days prior: 0% (full refund)
- Cancellation 8+ days prior: 20%
- Cancellation 2+ days prior: 30%
- Cancellation the day before: 40%
- Cancellation on the day, before the reserved time: 50%
- Cancellation on the day, after the reserved time: 100% (no refund)
Cancellation of cruise due to the weather
- Services will operate in light rain; however, cruises may be cancelled in the event of sudden weather changes before departure.
- In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email to the address registered at the time of booking no later than 15:00 the day before the scheduled cruise date.
In case of raining
- Disposable rain ponchos will be distributed if the cruise operates in rainy conditions.
- The use of umbrellas on board is prohibited for safety reasons.
Refund in case of cancel of fireworks
- If the fireworks display is cancelled at the discretion of the event organizer, a refund of 50% of the cruise fare paid will be issued.
- Even in the event of a fireworks cancellation, any reservation cancellations will be handled in accordance with the predetermined cancellation policy.
Boarding order
- Seating is unreserved.
- Boarding will be arranged in the order in which guests have completed check-in and joined the boarding queue. (Check-in opens 30 minutes before departure.)
