To cancel, please use the URL provided in your automated confirmation email, or via My Page if you are a registered member. · For credit card payments, a refund of the amount minus the cancellation fee will be issued via credit card. · For bank transfers, a refund of the amount minus the cancellation fee and transfer charges will be issued via bank transfer. Please enter your refund account details* in the cancellation reason field, or contact cruise@zeal.ne.jp at a later time with your boarding date, name, and account details*. *Bank name, branch name (branch number), account number, and account holder name in katakana.

In the event of cancellation due to weather or other conditions, date and time changes are available, and cancellations will be refunded at 100%. If you cancel after your reservation has been confirmed due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Cancellation from date of booking up to 31 days prior: Free
• 30–8 days prior: 20%
• 7–3 days prior: 30%
• 2 days prior–the day before: 50%
• Day of departure: 100%

• Please select your preferred date and time via the link above to make a reservation. After submitting your application, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Please review its contents.
• Minimum Participants The cruise may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases, you will be notified by phone or email.
• Payment Please select your preferred payment method: credit card or bank transfer (without online payment). For bank transfers, please transfer the amount to the account listed in the automated confirmation email within 3 days of your reservation. ※ Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Payment method cannot be changed after booking. In such cases, please cancel and rebook. If you make a bank transfer between 3 days before and on the day of boarding for a last-minute reservation, please bring your transfer receipt or payment completion screen (for internet transfers) to the meeting point. Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed, you may be asked to pay again at the on-the-day price.

• Guests with mobility difficulties are requested to contact us in advance.
• The cruise may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In such cases, you will be notified accordingly.
• The cruise will proceed in light rain. Please bring a raincoat or other rain gear. Umbrellas cannot be used during the cruise. However, services will be cancelled in the event of severe weather.
• No food or beverage service is available on board.
• Pets and bulky items such as cooler boxes are not permitted on board. Food and beverages may be brought on board provided they can be carried by hand (e.g. plastic bottles, rice balls, snacks, etc.).
• Please take your rubbish home with you.
• The vessel has no roof. We recommend taking measures against sun exposure (please refrain from using parasols as they can be dangerous in the wind while the vessel is in motion) and bringing your own water (e.g. in a plastic bottle). (A toilet is available on board.)
• Smoking is not permitted
