At Waters Takeshiba, the departure and arrival port, approximately 45,000 light bulbs illuminate the entire area — from the entrance of Waters Takeshiba to the waterside space — in a fantastical shade of blue. Enjoy the projection mapping work "Ao no Kirameki (Azure Brilliance)," conceived under the concept of a "waterside amusement park" — a projection mapping experience unique to Waters Takeshiba, making full use of the dramatic waterside grand staircase location.
Passengers who board will receive a ¥500 shopping voucher for Decks Tokyo Beach, and guests who complete our survey will receive a ¥500 dining voucher for restaurants at Tokyo Portcity Takeshiba — a total of ¥1,000 in benefits!

Cancellation Policy
To make changes or cancel your reservation, please reply to the booking confirmation email you receive after completing your reservation.
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellation 11+ days prior: 0% (full refund)
- Cancellation 8+ days prior: 20%
- Cancellation 2+ days prior: 30%
- Cancellation the day before: 40%
- Cancellation on the day, before the reserved time: 50%
- Cancellation on the day, after the reserved time: 100% (no refund)
Important Notes
- Minors (ages 3 and above) are welcome to participate. Please submit a separate booking for each person.
- Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Check-in opens 15 minutes before departure and closes 5 minutes before departure. (If check-in is not completed by 5 minutes before departure, your booking will be treated as a cancellation.)
- Services may be suspended due to weather or route conditions.
- Life jackets must be worn on the pier and throughout the cruise.
- Seating is unreserved and allocated on a first-come, first-served boarding basis.
- Once on board, please follow the captain's instructions for safety.
- Guests who appear to be heavily intoxicated or visibly unwell at the time of boarding may be denied boarding.
- Due to the vessel's facilities, strollers and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on board.
- Guests with a body temperature of 37°C or above at the time of boarding will not be permitted to board.
- Outside food and beverages are permitted, but please take your rubbish home with you. (Please refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages on board.)
- Please take care to secure your hat and personal belongings to prevent them from falling overboard.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes).
- Throwing bait or littering from the vessel.
- Fishing.
- Use of umbrellas (including parasols) on board.
- Bringing pets on board.
- Any other conduct that may cause inconvenience to other guests.
General Notice for All Events Held at Waters Takeshiba
- Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
- As this is an outdoor event, the event may be cancelled or its contents modified on the day due to sudden rainfall or other weather conditions.
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes.
- As this is a limited-capacity event, please be sure to notify us in the event of a cancellation or absence on the day.
